This Refund Policy applies to ticket purchases and event-related payments made through New Jersey Event Services / Mehak Events & Entertainment.
All Ticket Sales
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable after purchase, including cases where a guest is unable to attend, arrives late, or purchases the wrong ticket type.
Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by Mehak Events & Entertainment, we may offer a refund, credit, or transfer option depending on the circumstances and the payment processor requirements.
Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund or credit options, if any, will be communicated by the event organizer.
Processing Fees
Payment processing fees, service fees, platform fees, or convenience fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment processor and the transaction terms.
Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you made a duplicate purchase by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, email address, transaction details, and ticket information. We will review the request but cannot guarantee a refund.
Transfers
Ticket transfers may be allowed at our discretion. If you want to transfer a ticket to another guest, please contact us before the event.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us first if you have a payment concern. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in cancellation of associated tickets.
